PUFFA Youth featured in September’s GRID Magazine
Seth Brown, a youth participant in the Philadelphia Urban Food And Fitness Alliance (PUFFA) who attends Parkway West High School ‘Stood Up and Spoke Out’ about wanting to help the School District of Philadelphia to improve the quality of food served in school lunches. PUFFA is one of nine community-driven implementation grants funded by W.K. Kellogg Foundation; which promotes food access, physical activity and safe places to play.
There are many people and organizations working tirelessly to advocate for creative thinking about how to improve the food that children are eating.
